Top of Page 		$50 standard fee. Large infestations/corruptions may require more invasive procedures and are charged accordingly

PC / Laptop Repairs



Top of Page 		Billed at $30/hour. Most hardware installs and setups are billed at one hour.

Operating System Install



Top of Page 		If customer provides discs, $75 for installation of OS and all drivers, performance configuration and all updates as well as antivirus installation are included.

Data Recovery



Top of Page 		Billed at $30/hour for recovery and then the standard backup fees apply.

Related Fees

We will disconnect/pick up-drop off/reconnect equipment for a $10 fee.

If there is no disconnecting or reconnecting involved, we will pick up and drop off equipment for free.

We offer a free pick up/drop off service after 5:30pm Monday through Friday and 10am to 3pm Saturday. We will disconnect/reconnect your machine and peripherals for a $10 fee.

Computer Repair Outside Minneapolis

To keep our overhead low, we try to limit our services to businesses and home users in the Minneapolis area. However, if you are located outside of Minneapolis and you need assistance, we can make a recommendation.
